Amazon Advertising Account Manager
Job Description:
As an Amazon Advertising Account Manager at PPC Adviser, you will be at the forefront of driving advertising success for our clients on Amazon. You will play a pivotal role in client communication, relationship management, reporting, goal tracking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure advertising campaigns align with client goals and objectives. Additionally, you will analyze client data to understand how their efforts are impacting their business.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication, Relationship Management, and Reporting:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and clear communication channels.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
- Generate and provide regular performance reports to clients, summarizing campaign metrics, key insights, and progress towards established goals.
- Collaborate with clients to set clear advertising goals and KPIs.
- Schedule and facilitate client calls and meetings to review campaign performance, discuss strategies, and address client inquiries.
2. Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Brand Managers and Advertising Specialists to develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with the client's brand and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive results.
3. Advertising Performance and Recommendations:
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
- Offer strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and optimizations.
- Stay informed about the latest Amazon Advertising trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
4. Identifying Growth Opportunities:
- Continuously identify opportunities for growth and expansion of advertising efforts to maximize client ROI.
- Develop and execute strategies to capture new market segments and increase sales.
5. Building and Executing Advertising Strategies:
- Collaborate with clients to define advertising objectives and create customized advertising strategies.
- Implement and manage advertising campaigns across various Amazon advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
6. Data Analysis for Impact Assessment:
- Analyze client data to understand how their advertising efforts are impacting their business.
- Provide insights into how advertising campaigns influence sales, traffic, and brand visibility.
- Use data analysis to guide strategic decisions and recommendations.
Duration: After a 30-60 day contract trial period, the company will be offering a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Salary Range: 50-60k/ year
