About the Job:
- Prepare contracts for ongoing services and one-time projects as part of contract management responsibilities.
- Maintain a database of Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for tenants and vendors, processing requests for updated COIs through the system.
- Input and code invoices based on budget, with support from the on-site team, as part of payables management duties.
- Issue building-wide communications, such as notices, to all tenants, avoiding individual communications.
- Distribute monthly rent statements and create invoices as necessary for tenants.
- Facilitate the setup of vendors by adding them to our system as part of vendor setup procedures.
About You:
- A High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 2+ years of experience in clerical and administrative duties; real estate experience is a plus!.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Yardi is required; Argus and MRI or Skyline are preferred.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- Capable to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and a consistently heavy workload.
About the Position:
- $26/hr-$29/hr
- Temporary with a potential to go permanent.
- 1 week of training in Fairfax, VA, then 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
