Job Details
We are seeking bilingual Sales Specialist to join our team at Hanwha Advanced Materials. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job and work alongside our experienced sales team in pricing negotiations, agreement interpretations, commercial metric tracking, and customer relationship building.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop industry knowledge through product training
- Work with the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Participate in conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and handling objections to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and operations, to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction
- Learn how to analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Communicate with headquarters located in South Korea
- Assist management with translating documents, written and verbal
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or other similar program
- Authorized to work in United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality work within defined timelines.
