About this Position
Join one of the best companies to work for in Texas as an Output Processing Specialist, or mail operator. Our customers, from policyholders to agents to beneficiaries, depend on us to get them the information they need when they need it. In this position, you will assist in processing large, commercial print jobs and mailings to help keep our customers informed and cared for.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Essential Functions:

  • Provide high-volume inserting services for regulatory compliance, time-sensitive letters, and checks under the direction of management.
  • Operate intelligent inserter, meters, and printers.
  • Participate in the quality control team.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers for cost-effective options for mailing services.
  • Receive, open, inspect, and deliver incoming mail and packages.
  • Perform general clerical functions to support the assigned department's staff.
  • Provide customer service and resolve problems.
Required Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of clerical or data entry experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Lift 50 pounds and push heavy loads.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six months of insurance experience.
  • Six months of experience in an output processing environment with a commercial inserter, meter and high-volume printer.
