Our Manufacturing client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to strategize their HR Compliance, Program Initiatives, and Onboarding Processes. The key to this role is experience with OFCCP/AAP/EEOC compliance. The HR Business Partner will work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and have at least 7-10 yrs. of Stable HR experience. An HR or Business Administration degree is required, and a SHRM certification is highly preferred. Their office is located near South Plainfield, NJ accessible from rt 22 or rt 287. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Executive Management Team daily
  • Perform Compliance Strategies for OFCCP/AAP/EEOC initiatives
  • Electronic Full Cycle Onboarding
  • Perform Full Cycle Talent Acquisition and develop Processes and Procedures
  • Manage Employee Relations and Payroll
  • Maintain the HRIS System
  • Process Benefits Administration, FMLA, Leave of Absence, and Disability
  • Provide Training and Coordinate the Employee Development Program
  • Oversee Performance Reviews
Skills Needed:
  • Human Resources or Business Administration Degree
  • Experience with OFCCP/AAP/EEOC initiatives
  • At least 7-10 yrs. of HR experience, a must
  • SHRM and HRI certifications, preferred
  • Proof of Stability in HR role
  • HR and Payroll software experience required
