Our Manufacturing client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to strategize their HR Compliance, Program Initiatives, and Onboarding Processes. The key to this role is experience with OFCCP/AAP/EEOC compliance. The HR Business Partner will work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and have at least 7-10 yrs. of Stable HR experience. An HR or Business Administration degree is required, and a SHRM certification is highly preferred. Their office is located near South Plainfield, NJ accessible from rt 22 or rt 287. Responsibilities:
- Partner with Executive Management Team daily
- Perform Compliance Strategies for OFCCP/AAP/EEOC initiatives
- Electronic Full Cycle Onboarding
- Perform Full Cycle Talent Acquisition and develop Processes and Procedures
- Manage Employee Relations and Payroll
- Maintain the HRIS System
- Process Benefits Administration, FMLA, Leave of Absence, and Disability
- Provide Training and Coordinate the Employee Development Program
- Oversee Performance Reviews
Skills Needed:- Human Resources or Business Administration Degree
- Experience with OFCCP/AAP/EEOC initiatives
- At least 7-10 yrs. of HR experience, a must
- SHRM and HRI certifications, preferred
- Proof of Stability in HR role
- HR and Payroll software experience required
