About the Role: Bob Casey for Senate is seeking an individual to join a growing finance team as our Pennsylvania Fundraising Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing Pennsylvania fundraising efforts throughout the state, under the direction of the Pennsylvania Finance Director.

This role will work with our team to oversee our in-state events program and donor meetings, including maintaining and building donor relationships to build a robust program for our campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Pennsylvania Finance Director to develop and execute fundraising events from start to finish.
  • Prospect and cultivate new donors to engage with the campaign.
  • Staff fundraising events and larger in-state events when needed.
  • Draft all event materials including, event trackers, invites, contribution links, event outreach materials, and memos.
  • Work with the Pennsylvania Finance Director to develop quarterly and cycle event plans.
  • Help to identify and schedule fundraising meetings within the region.
  • Work with call time manager on Pennsylvania call time targets.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • 1+ cycle of fundraising experience ("cycle" can mean primaries, specials, etc.);
  • Prior campaign event planning and donor maintenance experience preferred;
  • Prior working experience with NGP, Numero, ActBlue, Word, Excel and spreadsheets preferred;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and enthusiasm for data-driven processes;
  • Dedication to being a team player and trying new things.
  • Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation

Logistics:
  • Level: Regional/Manager
  • Salary Band: $5850 to $6300 per month, commensurate with experience
  • Location: Philadelphia
  • Benefits: Medical, dental vision plan at no premium upon meeting plan eligibility requirements
  • Leave: Paid time off will be available per Campaign policy.
  • Hours: Full-time position. This position's schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle, and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
  • This is a bargaining unit position represented by IBEW Local 29.
