Point of Care Diagnsotics Sales Account Manager

Our long term client is looking for a top notch sales professional to sell their cutting edge diagnostics products in the Point of Care diagnostics industry.


The Key Responsibilities are:

  • Identify and seize sales opportunities in the rapidly evolving cardiovascular diagnostics market.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Strategically develop and pursue sales opportunities in the Point of Care (POC) sector.
  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives as directed by management.
  • Stay informed about competitor products and market trends.
  • Collaborate with other Account Executives to achieve regional growth targets.
  • Provide technical expertise to support complex sales processes.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while managing territory budgets.
  • Coordinate and oversee distributor sales forces within the assigned territory, providing training and support.
  • Assist distribution partners with product sales through training sessions, sales meetings, and marketing support.
  • Facilitate contract negotiation, pricing, and bid submissions.
  • Resolve customer issues and sales challenges in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage opportunities, forecasting, pricing, contracts, and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and present detailed territory business plans, reporting progress in quarterly reviews with management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in sales, marketing, business management, or life science.
  • 6+ years of experience in medical diagnostics or business-to-business sales.
  • Experience working with Distribution Partners is preferred.
  • Proficient in sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Track record of success in POC/Capital Equipment sales within the cardiovascular diagnostics field.
