Arrowhead Talent Solutions is helping a manufacturing client fill a Quality Manager role in Willoughby, Ohio. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the AS9100/ISO9000 QA systems
• Identify and quarantine Non-Conforming Product
• Manage a Team of Quality Technicians
• Support Floor Inspection for our 50+ Machines
• Establish and maintain Customer and Vendor relationships
• Assist and support First Article Inspection requirements
• Need to be comfortable with inspection procedures and GD&T
• Maintain an inspection equipment Calibration System
• Manage the Corrective Action Response (CAR) System

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management is required
• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or related field is a plus
• Certified Quality Auditor qualification is a plus
• Understanding of GD&T is preferred
• Experience in Plate Inspection is preferred
