Position: Settlement Specialist
Job Summary:

To achieve this growth, we are looking for a Settlement Specialist, based in Los Angeles, to join our team. JD Logistics provides customized logistics solutions on the field of fulfillment, in a state of art environment and we are ready to welcome you to make an impact in the logistics world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Americas region payment coordination work and the Americas region BP work, to provide payment support; Make horizontal communication with the business side.
- Responsible for audit and risk control of receivables settlement.
- Responsible for the statistical analysis and monitoring of settlement, payment collection and bad debts.
- Guide the operation of physical billing system for merchants with system objections.
- According to the work receivable, optimize the rules of each link, and regularly develop output optimization plans.
- Responsible for promoting the improvement of various abnormal problems affecting the progress of merchant expenses receivable.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more work experience, fluent in Chinese and English;
- Familiar with logistics industry, have relevant logistics receivable settlement experience; Skilled in using data sheets and the ability to process data efficiently;
- Logistics e-commerce related work background is preferred;
- Requires strong communication skills, rigorous attitude, strong sense of responsibility, work actively, withstand greater work pressure;
- Having a strong initiative, have the ability to find problems in time and actively solve problems.
- Having a strong sense of team cooperation, goal awareness, can complete the collection task under pressure, to achieve the team goal.
