Job Details
Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Troy, MI, office of a full-service national law firm. The Legal Assistant will support two of the firm's IP attorneys, including the local office managing partner. The hours for this position are 8:30am to 4:30pm. Duties include but aren't limited to:
- Assisting with management of a large intellectual property portfolio;
- Filing applications and other documents with the USPTO;
- Entering attorney billable time;
- Making attorney travel arrangements;
- Communicating with clients and foreign associates;
- Docketing due dates;
- And more!
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience dealing with patents or trademarks;
- Proficiency with MS Office.
