Senior Field Marketing Manager


Job Details

As a Field Marketing Manager you will actively support quality pipeline development and brand awareness within the entire US region through field marketing programs, events, and campaigns.


  • Create and deliver integrated marketing programs for target regions, including events, digital marketing, 3rd party event sponsorships, direct mail, etc.
  • Execute customized, high-impact field marketing events managing logistics, organization, administration, and communications.
  • Set goals and perform continuous analysis of ABM campaigns, field marketing programs and events to ensure they are impacting pipeline and progressing deals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our engagement and conversion strategies.
  • Partner with sales organization on targeting and lead follow-up prioritization and progression
  • Develop and implement highly relevant messaging for single accounts and account clusters
  • Events: manage all event logistics including onsite management of events, ensuring flawless execution and liaise with event venues on event schedules, rooms, AV, catering etc, assist in all event logistics
  • Collaborate with sales executives and customer success to deliver customer engagement programs that ensure incredibly successful customers who continue to renew and expand
  • Requirements:


    • 4+ years of experience with events and campaign management in cybersecurity companies - Must
    • Full proficiency in Hubspot marketing and sales - Must
    • Ability to travel 40% of the time across the US - Must
    • Track record of partnering with a high-energy sales team to craft programs that deliver results.
    • Proven success in executing programs and events that drive demand, deal acceleration, return, and deliver exceptional experience for our attendees
    • Content creation experience across a variety of mediums, from developing messaging platforms to creating persuasive copy for email, direct mail, digital ads, SDR scripts and marketing assets
    • Strong oral, written, communication and professional skills.
    • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
    • Past experience working with third-party providers, partners and agencies.
    • Must be able to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Experience owning pipeline targets is a plus.
    • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time
    • Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
