An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services and Admissions Assistant to join The Trafford College Group (TCG) and play a leading role in realising our vision to unlock the potential and foster the success of all our learners.

We are looking for someone who has experience of providing a high quality customer service and a range of services and support to internal and external customers. You must have previous experience of working in a busy customer orientated environment, dealing with a range of customer enquiries of a complex and in depth nature.

**The Job:**

You will deal with enquiries and processing applications in a timely manner, converting enquiries into applications and capturing the data whilst ensuring compliance with GDPR. You will engage with applicants in a timely manner to make and secure the offer of a place at the College, you will also provide management reports on the status of the various stages of the application process. You will ensure adherence to customer service standards and the Groups Admissions policies and procedures.

In order to be successful in this role you must have numeracy and literacy at level 2 or above, a basic IT qualification such as City &Guilds 4242 in Information Technology or ECDL and an NQV Level 3 in Customer Care or Business Administration. An NVQ Level 2 qualification in Information and Guidance would be desirable.
