** Job Description**

**POSITION SUMMARY:** To support the Marketing Manager in regards to consumer marketing, visual merchandising, special events, conferences and meetings.

**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Visual Merchandising:**

* Forecast permanent collateral for new door openings and existing door replacement needs. Place orders against forecasts and follow up with Distribution Center to ensure fulfillment. Communicate collateral updates and shipping details to internal and external teams.

* Monitor collateral reserves and action all excess and discontinued items to minimize reserve levels.

* Align actual costs vs. estimate with Business Manager monthly.

* Manage production and distribution of printed collateral such as signage, handout cards, and temporary fixtures.

* Forecast and distribute staff items and staff cards to counters.

**Special Events:**

* Develop and drive the regional event strategy based on the channel and market needs.

* Drive the planning and implementation of retail events and educational classes. Work directly with the New York office, external vendors, Miami team, and store managers to ensure that all marketing assets are produced and delivered on time within budget. Oversee execution by local team according to brand guidelines.

* Prepare pre-event P&L Analysis.

* Analyze event costs regularly throughout the planning period to ensure adherence to budget.

* Gather qualitative and quantitative results post-event, verify final internal and external costs, analyze the P&L, and provide summary, feedback, and recommendations to the Miami and NY teams.

* Track regional event goals, costs, and results regular analysis and reporting.

**360 Alignment:**

* Work with other Marketing Associates, field teams, and functions to plan cohesive 360 marketing campaigns that support the brand, channel, and market strategies.

**Conferences and Meetings:**

* Plan the logistics for all internal onsite and offsite meetings including but not limited to venue, AV, agenda, collateral production, and transportation.

* Prepare data and presentations as needed.

**Reporting and Budgets:**

* Coordinate usage of Corporate Meeting card. Categorize expenses and gather receipts for Business Manager.

* Plan, track, and monitor distributor Advertising and Promotions spending vs. annual target. Identify charges and provide documentation to Business Manager for rebill.

* Track and notify business manager of all future marketing expenses.

* Track vacation usage of each team member for the Regional Director.

**Qualifications**

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Position requires 2+ years of relevant marketing or marketing-related experience, preferably in the cosmetics/fragrance business (in a similar or related industry).

* Bachelors degree required. Masters degree is a plus.

* Bilingual (English & Spanish; Portuguese is a Plus).

* Approximately 15% travel.

* Strong Computer knowledge of Windows; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Multi-tasking abilities.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
