Basically, we do all the hard work of maintaining and cleaning properties between guest stays for homeowners, allowing thousands to enjoy the grandeur that Summit County.
Our customers fall into two categories: clients and guests. Our clients are homeowners whose properties we manage, and our guests are anyone who books a stay with us at one of the properties we manage.
As a Front Desk Agent you're the voice of Summit County Mountain Retreats. Your job entails a mix of concierge, customer service and reservationist. Customer Service is vital to this position. Each shift you will assist guests before, during and after their stays by email, phone, and in person. You're responsible for answering phones, inputting reservations, making keys, making deliveries to guests, and maintaining office organization. You will also assist our clients, the owners of the vacation rentals, with their stays. This position will work closely with management, maintenance, and the housekeeping staff.
We're open seven days a week 8am-9pm. We can make reasonable accommodations to work with personal schedules, but the ideal applicant will be able available for most of the above hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Communicate with in house guests, clients, and potential guests by phone, email, and in person
* Assist guests before, during and after their stays
* Input reservations
* Other tasks: input data, make keys, organize the office, make deliveries to guests, etc.
* Coordinate with internal departments to deliver on guests requests
QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good stress management skills
* Proficient computer and typing skills
* Knowledge of the Summit County area - preferred
COMPENSATION
* Hourly starting at $18.75-$22.50
* Part-time or full-time year round
