As a **Home Care Aide****,** you will provide the support that will allow our clients to live as independently as possible. You will be working with some clients who may have mental or behavioral health issues. Your principal responsibilities will include:
* Providing clients the attention needed to create a sanitary and orderly environment
* Assisting with personal care including bathing, nail and skincare, oral hygiene, and toileting
* Communicating identified needs and potential solutions to the interdisciplinary team
* Assisting clients with light housekeeping, home management, and safety-related functions
* Participating in staff meetings, educational programs, and community events

* Full-Time : M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM, no weekends or holidays
