Job Details
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic legal professional with a proven track record in land use development, a strategic mindset, and an established book of business exceeding $750,000.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy Spearheaded the growth and strategic direction of the Land Use Practice Group, providing visionary leadership and innovative solutions.
Business Development Leverage your substantial book of business (minimum $750,000) to enhance and expand our client base, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and cultivating new business opportunities.
Legal Expertise Bring extensive expertise in land use development law, including zoning, permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory matters.
Client Engagement Actively engage with clients, offering high-level legal counsel, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
Team Collaboration Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to manage and execute complex land use development projects efficiently.
Industry Involvement Stay abreast of industry trends, contribute thought leadership, and actively participate in relevant professional organizations.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school.
Admitted to and in good standing with the [State] Bar.
Minimum 10 years of substantial experience in land use development law.
Proven track record of business development with a book of business exceeding $750,000.
Leadership Skills Strong Leadership, Management, And Mentoring Capabilities.
Strategic Vision Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
