Founded in 2019, WelcomeHome provides an industry-leading SaaS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for senior living operators. Since product launch, our company has experienced dramatic growth, fueled by passionate clients.


This role is hybrid, in person at our Atlanta HQ on Monday/Wednesday/Friday after your initial onboarding period.


About The Role


As Customer Support Associate, you will work directly with our Customer Experience team to ensure customers quickly adopt WelcomeHome and then continue to use and love our system.


Responsibilities include:

  • Answering support questions about the product and its features
  • Drafting articles for use in training and for our support site
  • Training community Sales Directors, whether on-site or via video conference
  • Elevating key customer needs to the company's senior leadership


About You


The ideal candidate is an organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented individual who is inspired by innovation and our customer s success, with 1-3 years of working experience. In addition, you will have:

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Desire to learn and ability to adapt
  • Critical thinking skills
