Qualifikationen
TITLE: Salesforce Delivery & Solution Architecture Lead-Management
DUTIES: Lead the execution of the future global operations (oneOPS), contact center (oneCCC) Salesforce landscape under consideration of the 2025 strategy, providing future organizational structure for Europe, Asia, and the Americas to scale with oneOPS, oneCCC requirements. Serve as an IT manager to build, run, and maintain the Salesforce platform for the global IT strategy in alignment with other LOBs. Champion the oneOps, oneCCC operating model by incorporating the design and transformation of oneHouse existing applications landscapes in Asia and Americas regions. Ensure stable, robust, scalable Salesforce platform with consideration of cost-efficiency and cost transparency. Plan, control, and monitor the IT operation and escalation management. Ensure compliant IT operations, adequate application, infrastructure portfolio and IT roadmap based on Mercedes-Benz standards. Implement definition of roles and responsibilities in order to ensure continual optimization thereof. Establish and manage the IT-Support organization for the business areas. Manage IT strategic alignment related to oneHOUSE, Asia, Europe, and related tasks. Manage timely issue solving and good collaboration. Negotiate SLAs and contracts with internal and external partners. Oversee information security and data protection, risk management, and compliance. Ensure adherence to IT Security concepts based on ITM standards
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related, plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related in Salesforce Tech Delivery, design/architecture. Experience must include: knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing), related Integration tools, data knowledge; knowledge of Financial Service System design and implementation; knowledge of business processes in Financial Services related to operations; experience with related Analytics, DevOps, Resource Management; and experience in IT Management and Agile
