Pharmacy Medication Refill Tech 2 position is responsible for the completion of centralized medication refills across the clinics of the Baptist Health South Florida Network. The Medication Refill Tech contributes to the Medication refill process by performing necessary data entry and follow-up as defined in the medication refill workflow & protocols set in place. The MRS 2 will be responsible for Pharmacy Led Refill Management Program in any disease state and additionally will manage proposals- Proposing meds in all pools (via Apellos, Bryants, Portals & Phone calls).

Additional Qualifications:
Significant customer service experience, ideally in the pharmacy industry. Experience in retail pharmacy highly preferred. Must demonstrate high levels critical thinking skills in addition to customer service experience. Knowledge of/proficient in Medical terminology preferred (written & oral). Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred. PTCB highly preferred. Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, intense (high volume) environment.
