Job Summary:

As part of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting end users with software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.Proven experience in IT support or relevant positionFamiliar with troubleshooting techniquesExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients.Knowledgeable with Windows and/or Linux operating systems, networks, and hardwareAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Provide first line response for users with technical issues and IT queries.Managing the daily performance of computer systemsSetup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connectionsInstall and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate appropriately where needed.
