Responsibilities
Determine case strategies and solutions to serve client's needs after analysis
Become proficient in estate planning strategies, estate administration, and real estate matters
Develop long-lasting relationships with clients
Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks
Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients, and completing tasks
Previous experience in at least 2 of our practice areas
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a law firm environment. More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
