The Waldinger Corporation, a leading mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sheet metal contractor, is hiring an Accountant for our Des Moines Office. This position will play a key role in the management and reconciliation of our inventory.
Responsibilities:
* Handle inventory reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
* Manage the creation, price changes, and reconciliation of product IDs
* Analyze data to help inform on inventory strategy
* Oversee the approval process for inventory purchases
* Monthly Financial Analysis
* Monthly Project Invoicing
* Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
* 4 year degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
* Inventory management experience preferred
* Proficient with MS Office products
* Ability to multi-task
* Organized and detail-oriented
