**Position Summary**

The Chronotrack Registration and Event Support Specialist position is a customer service position for our web-based registration and event management system that will work closely with our sales team to support our event timing partners, event directors, and participants. This position will also include supporting users of our sister company, Athlinks, the most comprehensive database of endurance race results and Athlete histories in the world.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**

* Provide customer service for our web-based registration and event management system to participants, event timers, and event directors over the phone and through email

* Provide customer service for our sister company, Athlinks, to event participants, event timers, and event directors

* Work with our internal accounting team to onboard and set up client accounts

* Work with our sales team to assist with event onboarding and event director relationship management

* Handle participant issues regarding account creation, registration, event results, and scoring

* Assist with and the creation and maintenance of registration forms for events

* Manage and assist with complex event registrations

* Identify, document, and escalate platform issues and defects

**Minimum Required Qualifications**

* Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

* Demonstrated commitment to high-level customer service and satisfaction

* Strong Communications Skills Verbal and Written

* Internet proficiency and familiarity with different browsers

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Doc Editors

* High energy level, strong team player, and work ethic

* Ability to excel in a self-directed work environment

* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, constructive working relationships
