LHH is conducting a search for a Senior Financial Analyst who has at least 4 years of financial planning and analysis experience! Located in the south Phoenix area, this role is hybrid working 2 or 3 days per week in the office and the rest at home. This role is open due to growth as our client has undergone several acquisitions over the past year. Compensation is up to $110k base salary, plus a 10% bonus, PTO, 401k and medical/dental/vision benefits.
Your Primary Job Functions Will Include:
- Preparing financial statements and reporting packages for the board and presenting financials to leadership
- Completing routine variance ROI and KPI analysis, along with other Ad Hoc requests
- Preparing annual budgets, quarterly and monthly forecasting and short/long-range planning
- Using advanced Excel skills for data modeling, visualizations and data pulls
- Spearheading various process improvement and implementation-related initiatives
Education, Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor s degree in finance or related field
- Must have at least 4 years of financial analyst experience
- Proficiency in Excel, which includes macros, VBA and modeling skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong collaboration skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines with ease
