Job Description

Salomon is seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to generate qualified traffic toSalomon.comand support the acceleration of our ecommerce business. The Paid Media Coordinator will support campaign execution across US and Canada across Growth Marketing, Ecommerce, and Brand functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

  • Support Associate Paid Media Manager in planning and executing paid media campaigns within digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance.
  • Ensure creative standards are upheld across platforms and give input where neededwith creative teams.
  • Utilize Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large sets of data for reporting purposes.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data (budgets and performance) to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to implement innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Set up,organize,and troubleshoot product catalogs in GMC & FB Commerce Manager for dynamic shopping campaigns.
  • Work with internal teams (retail, experiences,brand, creative, etc.)to supportSalomon omnichannel strategies.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

  • Needed work experience:
    • 1-2+ years of experience with executing paid media campaigns
    • Agency experience is a plus
  • Education: B.S. in Marketing or related field or comparable related work experience.
  • KPI tracking, analysis, reporting (attribution) using tools such as Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Industry certifications such as Meta, TikTok Ads Academy, Google Ads certification
  • Operational knowledge of Meta, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads and other DSPs
  • CTV, DOOH experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, especially during complex campaign executions, with outstanding follow-through, organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and communicate with multiple teams and levels
  • Understand and integrate the needs of internal/external stakeholders to respond adequately in line with the interest of the company
  • Demonstrate passion and personal investment to develop our brands and products
  • Available to work occasionally on evenings and weekends to peak commercial periods (ex: Black Friday)
