Warehouse Inventory Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator. In this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory management, optimizing warehouse space, and facilitating efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
Proficiency in inventory management software and systems, Service Titan preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

What you'll be doing:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, counting, and reconciling incoming and outgoing shipments.
Inventory Optimization: Strategically organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and accessibility of inventory.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with various departments to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of inventory to ensure quality standards are met and identify any discrepancies or issues.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, returns, and adjustments.
Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency and accuracy.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
