Description

In the role of a BDC Representative, you will drive growth by developing and nurturing business relationships with present and future customers. You will coordinate incoming online and telephone requests and make appointments for the sales team. We will provide on-site paid training in our new facilities. You will get to work with experienced team members until you are familiar with our processes and computer programs. This is an excellent position for anyone who wants a stable job with room to grow.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answers phones and online inquiries in a call center environment
  • Schedules appointments and conducts follow-ups with no-shows
  • Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service
  • Ensures prospects are informed of company promotions

Job Requirements:
  • Must be computer literate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
