****Job Summary****
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse activities related to storage of raw materials and distribution of products to Heartland Coca-Cola facilities or to independent customers via transport drivers or contract carriers.
****Job Responsibilities****
* Conduct daily meetings with warehouse employees.
* Effectively research and identify solutions for departmental issues and review/report control failures.
* Provide appropriate training to employees, administer proper disciplinary action set forth in company policies and standards, including attendance, safety, uniform, and PPE requirements.
* Respond to emergency situations according to company policy.
* Utilize SAP/BASIS Reconciliation.
* Allocate necessary space in pallet yard for raw materials and pallets.
* Manage within labor and budget for operating expenses.
* Review/Report waste usage.
* Maintains a safe work environment and adheres to the safety policies and guidelines.
* **Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 4:00pm - 12:30am**
****Job Requirements****
* High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
* Minimum of three years of work experience required.
* Prior experience with warehouse and inventory processes required.
* Previous Lean, 5S, and inventory management experience preferred.
* Demonstrated experience of previous supervisory and/or management of staff and processes.
* Prior experience managing departmental labor and operations budgets.
* Strong computer systems background, including Word, Excel, and SAP.
* Flexibility for working extended hours daily, and some weekdays as needed to meet customer demands.
* Prior experience using pallet jack or forklift preferred. Ability to obtain certification upon hire is required.
