Taxcloud is on a mission to become the leading compliance software for small and midsize businesses and were looking for an amazing Head of GTM to join our Leadership team! As the Head of GTM, youll report directly to the CEO and lead our Sales, Marketing, and Ops functions! You will act as the conduit between product, marketing, sales, and CS as we operationalize and scale our GTM strategy across the organization!
In this role you will:
- Lead the Marketing, Sales, and Ops functions (5+ people)
- Align demand gen to the Sales orge
- Manage Sales and Marketings revenue operations
- Forecast and hit revenue targets
- Strongly represent new business revenue across the organization
- Build marketing campaigns and sales plays to ensure pipeline and closing metrics
- Work with product for PLG/SS alignment to sales and marketing

- Find and test revenue levers
- Scale a culture of velocity and winning
- Strongly prioritize and say no to non-productive tactics
Your background includes:
- Proven experience in a director-level marketing role with a demand generation focus
- Understanding and willingness to get your hands dirty in the data and systems, specifically Hubspot, Wordpress, and data
- Experience connecting marketing with SDR/BDR functions
- Significant early-stage growth in a SMB SaaS environment
- Building trust and credibility with both Sales and Marketing teams
- Experience leading a self-serve/sales-assist strategy
- Strong understanding of and/or aspirations to own the broader Sales function
- A desire to win, accelerate, and learn from mistakes
