Media Director | Hybrid / Remote work available | $130,000 - $140,000 + Bonus | Great opportunity for growth | CPG/Retail/Ecommerce
I have partnered with a dynamic commerce marketing agency at the beginning of their expansion into North America. Their unique services will see you partner with various CPG partners, major retailers & other high-profile brands.
As part of their expansion into the US, theyre looking to build out their US-based team, with plans to hire a Media Director for their agency. Here, the Media Director will be very hands-on with the strategy, planning & delivery of all media activities, acting within client budgets. Youll also be overseeing the teams media planning, buying & optimizing across Open Web, CTV, Social, PPC, OOH & more.
Youll be joining an office in its early stages, but a company that is very much established within this field, boasting a great track record & performance overseas. Youll be able to learn the company process & values, whilst also being able to offer your local market knowledge & processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client strategy & growth through excellent media strategy & development.
- Lead the creation, presentation & execution of all media plans, being Agile in your approach
- Measure performance in line with data & client KPIs, ensuring these are constantly accurate & insightful
- Oversee internal/external communication with the wider team, buyers, and outside partners.
- Assist with briefs, presentations & pitches where needed.
- Establish & manage partnerships,
- Travel to HQ, Client sites or events to PR the company as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience at a director level within a Retail Media discipline for CPG partners/brands, agency-side preferred.
- Evidence of successful planning/buying/reporting processes across major media platforms & tactics. Programmatic & Paid Social is essential.
- Strong knowledge across various media channels (Open Web, CTV, Social, PPC, OOH, etc.)
- Strong experience in relationship building & management, including Ad-Tech partners, Media Owners, Stakeholders & more
- A good business/commercial acumen, along with a great understanding of campaign evaluation, metrics & analytics
- Previous experience within CPG, working around retail media/commerce advertising is very beneficial.
