What to expect in this role

We are seeking a Client Partner to lead the execution of projects within our Capital Markets division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, with 5-10 years of experience in asset management, banking, or other Capital Markets segment. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and contributing to the growth of our Capital Markets practice.

We are looking for a Client Partner for large and complex engagements. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing activities at the program level and be responsible for ensuring client communication is clear and transparent. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead the execution of complex projects, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including development, QA, and data science, to drive successful project outcomes
  • Contribute to the sales process by identifying new business opportunities, participating in client meetings, and developing proposals
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and emerging technologies to inform project strategies and solutions
  • Create and espouse thought leadership that shows your understanding of the Capital Markets space
  • Participate in industry events, forums, and sessions that further your understanding of the industry, as a participant or speaker
  • Relationship building and account management to further the client engagement
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning


Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or computer science; advanced degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in asset management, banking, or a related field within the capital markets industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in a consulting or client-facing role
  • Experience in the following functions: Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Risk & Compliance, and/or Accounting & Finance
  • Strong understanding of capital markets products, processes, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  • Experience pitching and presenting to senior executive, value based selling and value articulation
  • Critical thinking and process design
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
