*Profile*
* 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor or developer
* Residential experience strongly preferred
* Experience working on $1MM+ projects
* Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field is plus but not required
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments simultaneously
* Strong time management, oral and written communication skills
* OSHA certification

* Base salary of $110,000- $125,000, depending on level of experience
