Edward Jones is looking for an individual to lead a team of Solution Architects within Technology Data & Analytics. This person provides people leadership for a growing team of Solution Architects while calling upon their own deep understanding of analytics architecture to guide strategic conversations and help mature our analytics capabilities. **What youll do**

As a Team Leader, you will work closely with members of your team, technology leaders, business leaders and product owners including strategy sessions, architecture reviews and evaluation of delivery team processes to align with firm needs and direction.

**Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:**

* Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and relationships within the Portfolio, Technology and supporting organizations.

* Partnership with Enterprise Architecture on standards and processes for data modeling and data integration.

* Contributions to a product technology roadmap and the application of architectural standards

* Removing obstacles and coordinating resources to continually increase team throughput, predictability, and quality

* Establishing team success measures to deliver the right outcomes and value for stakeholders

**People Leadership Responsibilities:**

* Coaching and mentoring of each team member through timely feedback specific to: What was achieved (value delivery) and How it was achieved (key behaviors)

* Identification of key team positions and develop ready-now successors

* Develop and execute on-going improvements for processes related to the team (e.g. resource management and support processes).

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate: Hiring Minimum: $106,916

Hiring Maximum: $182,047

**Required experience**

* Bachelors degree preferred or related work experience.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to Technology with at least 1 year in a leadership role (mentoring associates, lead analyst, project leaders, etc.).

* Experience operating within and contributing to a cloud transformation journey

* Exposure to Agile and Product Management Practices

**Technical Skills:**

* Experience required in Data Management and Analytics Architecture

* Advanced knowledge of Data Management Lifecycle...

* Advanced knowledge of Data Management Lifecycle

* Advanced knowledge of Data Storage, Data Ingestion and Data Integration capabilities

* Advanced knowledge of Data Modeling methodologies (Entity Relationship, Normalized and Dimensional)

* Knowledge of data security, metadata capture and data classification methodologies
