Summary of Position:


As a Restaurant Manager, you will be a working manager responsible for:

  • The hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant.
  • Maintaining initiatives in the areas of:
  • Administrative responsibilities
  • Interviewing, hiring & training
  • Performance reviews
  • Product quality
  • Maintenance.

  • Working a 40-50 hour work week

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or University degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
  • Basic knowledge of P & L statements
  • Basic math and accounting skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong skills in the areas of:
  • Communication
  • Leadership
  • Conflict resolution
