Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care; report all accidents and incidents to immediate supervisor; report all changes in residents' condition to charge/staff nurse as soon as possible; Inventory resident personal possessions; assist in resident transport; follow work assignments and schedules; perform daily documentation requirements.
