YOU ARE:


  • A licensed attorney with at least 10 years experience in law and in managing people.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:


  • Lead and elevate our lawyers and participate on our Leadership Team.
  • Oversee attorney performance and KPIs. Ensure attorney alignment with Core Values.
  • Develop and enforce accountability measures.
  • Ensure workload is properly distributed, considering expertise and capacity.
  • Handle client communication and satisfaction of work product.
  • Assist with recruiting A-Player attorneys and staff.

  • Base Salary $150,000 to $200,000 PLUS (based on experience, book of business, and location).
