YOU ARE:
- A licensed attorney with at least 10 years experience in law and in managing people.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
- Lead and elevate our lawyers and participate on our Leadership Team.
- Oversee attorney performance and KPIs. Ensure attorney alignment with Core Values.
- Develop and enforce accountability measures.
- Ensure workload is properly distributed, considering expertise and capacity.
- Handle client communication and satisfaction of work product.
- Assist with recruiting A-Player attorneys and staff.

- Base Salary $150,000 to $200,000 PLUS (based on experience, book of business, and location).
