The Patient Services Check In staff provide exceptional patient care and promote practice success throughout the patient experience. Duties include greeting patients, maintaining and verifying accurate patient information, scheduling appointments and delivering positive patient communication.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Ensures Quality of Care and Exceptional Customer Service through:
  • Patient Communication Management
  • Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Follow up on missed appointments
  • Triage patient's needs to schedule appropriately
  • Patient Education
  • Provide patient education on the purpose and expectations of their appointment
  • Answer phone inquiries related to our products and services
  • Ensures Practice Success throughout each patient encounter through:
  • Appointment capture
  • Effective schedule management and optimization
  • Data Collection and Accuracy
  • Collecting and entering thorough demographic data, and verify its accuracy.
  • Drive and Coordinate Patient Flow
  • Monitor patient flow throughout the office, properly communicating delays
  • Perform other duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by the office manager and doctor(s)

  • Proficient in EHR, including exceptional keyboarding skills
