**Late Night Bartender - Coordination**
**Bungalow Kitchen Tiburon - Tiburon, CA - Part Time to Full Time**
**The Bungalow Kitchen is a social dining experience and community clubhouse. The Bungalow Kitchen brings a chic and bohemian atmosphere featuring California Cuisine heavily inspired by local, seasonal ingredients with a robust wine list and custom cocktails.**

A motivated beverage professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate.
You will be an integral part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and
enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive
knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well as part of a team, work well
under pressure, and have a strong desire to learn and be a leader among your
peers.
**What you bring to the table:**
* 2-4 years experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant
* Availability to work late night events from 8PM-2AM
* Exceptional communication skills
* Expansive food and beverage knowledge
* Experience in beverage recipe development and staff education
* Intellectual curiosity
* Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
* Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
* At least 21 years of age
* Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
