Overview

As a General Manager, you will run and manage all aspects of the store, lead a thriving and successful restaurant team, make and eat tons of pizza, have fun, make good $$ in a flexible work environment. Managing the entire store, delegate work to the employees to ensure the operation runs smooth, interviewing applicants, train new hires on the job training, manage schedules for full and part time employees, create and submit reports as needed, attend meetings and training when required, and work a flexible schedule. Approve and submit payroll.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Work Flexible schedule
