Mackenzie Stuart is collaborating with a global Water & Paper Chemical manufacturer to identify a Country Manager USA for their Pulp & Paper Chemical Business Unit.

Overview of the Role:
- Take charge of both Sales and Operations departments in the USA, facilitating the company's acquisition of market share through profitable revenue growth and the implementation of predefined growth strategies
- Supervise various country functions, including Operations (covering Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics, Procurement, SHERQ, Customer Services, Process Safety, Engineering, and Regulatory Compliance)
- Enhance market presence and sales performance in chemicals and water treatment services, specifically targeting the Paper Chemical sectors
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies aligned with overachieving business goals
- Establish connections with key decision-makers to influence sales outcomes positively
- Foster a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales division
- Drive revenue growth in the USA by managing frontline sales activities and nurturing customer relationships to facilitate account and regional expansion

- Drives sales, profit, and market contribution in alignment with global plans
- Sets clear expectations, manages performance, and provides leadership coaching
- Identifies and secures resources required to execute country plans
- Addresses obstacles to results and champions continuous improvement initiatives
- Supports talent management and represents the company at key stakeholder meetings
- Develops clear business strategies, creates actionable plans, and delivers consistent outstanding results
- Builds high-performing teams by attracting, growing, and developing top talent
- Demonstrates strong financial acumen by setting clear performance goals and achieving high growth levels
Requirements:
- 10+ years of practical experience in Pulp & Paper OR Water Treatment, Key Account Management, Sales Leadership and Business Development
- A bachelor s degree in Chemical engineering and/or business is required. MBA is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing territories generating over $10M in revenue
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive mindset with an unwavering drive to capitalize on opportunities
