Role and Responsibilities:
As a Case Manager at Fletcher Law you will play a crucial role in assisting injured victims in their pursuit of recovery and justice. This position shares similarities with a paralegal role, but we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about our mission and eager to contribute to our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organizing client cases from intake to resolution
- Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation and documentation
- Conducting research and gathering evidence
- Providing customer service and support to clients throughout the legal process
- Contributing to the fast-paced and rewarding environment of our firm
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Passion for helping others and upholding justice
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
