Responsibilities

• Sell Projects
• Oversee own jobs and complete in timely manner
• Do any reports that are asked for or required
• Hand in info on sales with breakdown sheets and % Sold
• Bid their own projects
• Get prices and schedule any Sub Contractors needed
• Do change orders as they occur
• Attend any scheduled meetings
• Work any trade shows as required
• Help customer obtain necessary permits and call diggers hotline if required
• Call in any inspections on Building
• Make sure all repairs or issues are addressed in a timely manner on Jobs
• Handle any problems that may occur with crew and job sites
