Star Buick GMC is a family owned and operated business founded in 1970. We have received numerous awards for sales and quality service.
We are currently searching for qualified Internet/BDC reps to add to our successful sales / service BDC team. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.
Our BDC reps deal exclusively with qualified leads from Internet and phone inquiries and follow up with current clients to assist them through the service process.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Set appointments from qualified lists.
- Manage customer interaction via inbound/outbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Enter customer information into the dealerships computer database and follow up accordingly.

- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
- Previous automotive BDC sales / service experience a plus.
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
- Good phone skills are a must.

Hours Full-time. Monday to Thursday 10 to 6, Friday OFF, Saturday 8 to 4.
