Currently, StaffBright is seeking a Human Resources Director in the Howland Center, OH area! We are seeking candidates with over 10 years of Human Resources experience who thrive in hands-on roles and excel in crafting strategic HR initiatives, policies, and programs. The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organizations human resource function and performance.
What You Will Be Doing
- Designing, organizing, implementing, overseeing, and assessing the HR function and performance within the organization.
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization.
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team,
- Working in the corporate facility overseeing global HR direction.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Manufacturing industry background in a medium-to-large-sized company.
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Solid understanding of capital equipment cycles/cycle times.
