Project Controls ManagerDelon Hampton & Associates, Chartered a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic, Project Controls Manager.DHA is looking for a versatile Project Controls Manager to join the program management team, playing a crucial role in advancing the development and enhancement of United Airlines concourses, passenger facilities, and airline clubs and lounges at Dulles International Airport in Sterling, VA.This position is contingent based upon successful contract execution and receipt of NTP for the pursuit.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the landlord, United Airlines stakeholders, facility maintenance, IT, environmental affairs, Corporate Real Estate (CRE), vendors, and firms contracted by United Airlines, as well as execute the various day-to-day project oversight and management tasks required to complete the assigned project.Ensure the project follows the CRE Project Management Life Cycle, United Airlines procurement requirements and MWAA's standards, guidelines, and requirements.The consultant shall provide management services required during project planning, design/engineering, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.The consultant will also be responsible for ensuring project schedules and budgets are maintained and must notify United Airlines immediately of any concerns related to either.United Airlines will require the consultant to use various Microsoft Office applications as well as United Airlines utilized software for project activities.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, quantity surveying or a related field; andOffering more than seven (7) years of dedicated expertise in this field, with the possibility of extended practical experience.Working ConditionsThe role entails on-site presence at IAD CRE PMO for a minimum of four (4) days per week, with daily travel to and from the office completed within a one-hour commute window.Delon Hampton & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer for VEVRAA protected veterans and all other protected classes.
