Agave Health is the first specialized virtual clinic for adults with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), one of the most common yet underdiagnosed and undertreated neurodevelopmental disorders among adults. Agave offers accessible, affordable and evidence-based care, including coaching, CBT, and ADHD-informed therapy modules.


About the Role


Agave is looking for Licensed Therapists to join our team.


As a provider with Agave, we want you to focus on what's most important - treating and caring for our members. Your primary responsibility is to provide Teletherapy for our Adult ADHD community, targeting areas such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, sleep challenges, relationship strain, among others. Therapists will conduct intakes, individual therapy, and will be expected to use a wide variety of modalities such as CBT, mindfulness based cognitive therapies, and motivational interviewing. Therapists will collaborate with other Agave team members, from fellow therapists to our Clinical Leadership and our Coaches to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions.


You'll enjoy growth and support through a highly collaborative environment; specialized clinical training guided by Agave s Clinical Director, Dr. David Sitt, leading expert and best selling author in the ADHD field; training on the latest research advancements in the field; technical support and clinical protocols; 1:1 mentorship to discuss complex cases; and an open, receptive environment to provide feedback.


What You'll Do


  • Help adults with ADHD improve their lives, reducing symptom impact, and building off their strengths though evidence-based therapy
  • Manage your caseload and schedule
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the Agave Health Care Management platform
  • Participate in Agave clinical consultation, training, and advance your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for ADHD


Requirements:

  • Part-Time Providers:
  • Up to 20 hours per week
  • Complete up to 15 hours of direct clinical work per week
  • Attend 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation


Who You Are


  • Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
  • Masters Degree Required
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies
  • Knowledge and experience with treating patients with ADHD is preferable but not required
  • Organized, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, good with time management
  • Have a confidential, private location to work remotely from with reliable internet access
  • Comfortable and efficient with using technology to communicate
  • Ambitious and ready to keep up with a goal-driven, start-up environment
