National Salon Resources Territory Sales Managers are responsible for achieving sales growth with exclusive professional hair care and beauty brands. To accomplish this, they work directly with salon owners and hair stylists in an assigned sales territory.

* Develops and executes strategies to help clients grow their business

* Acts as a business partner and resource for clients to ensure they have access to all the tools needed to ensure the complete satisfaction of each and every one of their customers

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a consultative selling approach

* Assemble, prepare and deliver dynamic sales presentations

* Continually update their knowledge of salon products and services

* Operate in an organized and systematic manner

* Ensure customers are adequately trained on products and services

* Create an efficient schedule to stay in touch with and grow their sales with salons and stylists in their territory
