Diamond Knot Brewpery & Alehouse, Mukilteo, WA 98275 is looking to meet Assistant Managers, or Brewpub Managers as we call them. Our ideal candidate is currently working or recently employed and looking for a change. Someone with experience in achieving stated results through standardized systems in a high-volume restaurant setting would excel in this role. Operational experience/knowledge that spans front and back of house is a plus.
Starting base salary of $67,725 with potential to reach $84,600 after profit sharing incentive program (2024)

Diamond Knot brewpubs are full-service restaurants, fun, busy and established that are locally owned in Snohomish County. We are a beer first company with multiple retail locations and wholesale producer of beer in cans, bottles, and draft distribution for the PNW. Our high volume brewpubs provide a unique lively experience with exceptional food and craft beer that gives people a fun bar feel that families with kiddo s can still be comfortable. In our 29th year, Diamond Knot is still a leader and innovator in the craft beer industry in the Puget Sound region. Many of our beers, specifically our flagship India Pale Ale set the benchmark for IPA s in the PNW.
Diamond Knot s original brewery and alehouse is in a building that has housed a pub for over 20 years. Before the building became a pub, it was a bus garage used by the local transit company and the main roll-up door can still be seen just inside our front door. The original thick, sturdy wooden beams and open plank ceiling, give the building a wharf-like atmosphere that fits perfectly with the nautical feel and the waterfront on which we are located. At the Brewery & Alehouse, you ll find a casual family friendly atmosphere where you and your friends can enjoy our fine beers handcrafted in either of our two Mukilteo breweries.
