They are looking to hire a new Associate Director, Biostatistics to join their Redwood City, CA team onsite 4 days per week.

The Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop clinical protocols, statistical analysis plans, and study reports.
- Oversee the management of external vendors to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Lead the validation of key analyses and regulatory submission materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Provide strategic guidance and support for ongoing publication activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate study findings.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative statistical methodologies to enhance study design and data analysis.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
Skills And Experience We Seek
- Advanced degree in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology preferred.
- Proven expertise in statistical programming and familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FDA and EMA guidelines.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
