Faith-based family health care center seeking 2 full-time Patient Services Representatives (PSR)- Front Desk members to join our growing administrative team and help support our increasingly diverse patient base! The PSR - Front Desk Staff member serves as the first point of contact for all patients and community members upon arriving at our facilities. This position is responsible for patient registration, copay collection, patient data maintenance and all other duties, as assigned. Candidates that are bilingual in Spanish and English are strongly encouraged to apply.

**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese highly preferred.
* 2-3 years of experience in a medical office or an FQHC preferred.
* Must have demonstrated customer service skills and effective communication skills.
* Ability to perform efficiently within a fast-paced medical office environment.
* Working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification.
* Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different times and weekends, if necessary.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Assist with all patient registration and administrative processes as assigned.
* Ensure all relevant patient information is collected, current, and entered in a timely manner**.**
* Ensure all patients are served with a high level of customer satisfaction and care.
* Collect patient copays at the time of visit and follow established guidelines for reporting and depositing all funds received.
* Performs insurance verifications for both dental and medical patients.
* Process cancellations and follow up on no-show appointments.
